One
of the many things I admired about Steven was that he lived without
fear. He took up skateboarding at age 28, dislocated his shoulder twice,
and kept going anyway. He took up hobbies like gourmet cooking and dove
in headfirst, experimenting with no fear of failure. He pursued Cindy
without the hesitation and games that come with fearing rejection. Without
fear, he lived his life with boldness, creativity and vitality.
