You'll remember that my first introduction to Steven was probably from the LA crew's pronouncement of a lucky young man in your life! Over time, as I spent time with him and you, Steven's soft-spoken approach and earnestness seemed to reflect a quiet, can-do strength. Confronted with challenges, Steven was one of those inspiring individuals that met difficulties with good humor and a productive determination. Those qualities came through in the small slices of his life that I was there for: assisting his Love with moving (!), his participation in the Asian American arts community through his volunteerism at the film festival, and his always upbeat entrepreneurial bent (shared over a few meals during the past year).

Truly, Steven was a Good Man. A model for those of us striving to be better, compassionate human beings.
