Dearest Steven,

I first met you through my husband, Daniel. From that moment on, I felt the deep history and bond that you two had together. I never understood how two people so far apart and in different stages in their lives could always get together and start back up from where they left off. You were truly Daniel’s best friend and later became mine too. Words cannot express how much we will miss you. The holidays will be tough because that was “our” time together. You always fascinated me with your stories, hobbies, and job opportunities. No matter what you were confronted with, I never saw you without a smile on your face…and that is how I will always remember you. You are in my heart forever.
